Storms on the horizon exciting. They mean that I get to test my skill as a pirate legends against mother nature herself. Well she had a plan for us today I'll tell ya! We were subject to some of the strongest winds that I've ever had to deal with and we saw that everyone else was just as ballsy as us. Even that fancy flying ship that I still believe is a cheater was going through this thing! So of course we had to. Bo was pretty against it, but he hates getting wet so that makes sense. Grim said that going around it would ruin our lead, and Sanna was open to what the group said. I wanted to go through and I got my wish. The storm was fairly simple to deal with. Our skills were tested, as they often are, and we proved to be quite the unit. Right up until the weird sky snake and the water monster attacked at least.
The airship was fuckin' attacked by both of the damn things and all sorts of monsters climbed out of the deep to attack the other ships, ignoring us since apparently they can't tell when they're face to face with the greatest ship in the seas. We took advantage of this and tried to sneak our way through with the boat, which we did! At least for a while. People were dying left and right, but Sanna and Bo were pretty sure about staying on course. Sanna's the 1st Captain so I trusted her judgement for a while at least. Until I heard a gunshot from one of the islands. I couldn't let another tasteful gun haver behind. Besides, I realised that when Bo was telling me to stop that I'm doing to them what everyone else did to me in the sewers. So I had to save someone, and if they have a gun that's a bonus. It was a tough fight, but we won the day, fending off some weird fish people in the process, because that's what we do.
Bo is pretty mad at me about the whole saving people's lives thing, but if he doesn't understand then that says more about him than anything. Besides, I know I'm right. Being left behind ain't great, but we went through a lot just to save these two. I'm sure some of them made it out, sailors are sturdy folk.
