  • Kill Shop - This small shop sells swords, daggers, and other weapons.
  • Plunder - A pawnshop with a strange and eclectic inventory.
  • Jeffers Goods - a general store, Jeffers is also a front for a small, low-stakes gambling den.

Infrastructure

Horticultural Centres: Wealthy citizens of Mahr maintain greenhouses as a source of clean air and display of wealth. Bioluminescent algaes and nigh-blooming flowers are also cultivated.
