The Grotto
The Amethyst Grotto, or just the Grotto, is the name given to the spectacular subterranean parliament structure inside of which The Elder Concordat convenes. It is the most revered location in all of Orr society.
It sits at the picturesque estuary of the Lapis River as it empties into the Lavender Sea.
