Alister Bol

In the original module, Alister is a member of the Lord's Alliance. For the setting of Exandria, I have cast him as a member of the Claret Order.

Alister is actually a werebear, probably a polar bear. His backstory might involve exploring in Eiselcross, which would account for the "polar" part.

My inspiration for role-playing Alister is Nero Wolf, a fictional detective, particularly the 1981 TV series, starring William Conrad. He may not be as agoraphobic as Nero, but I think he has the same gravatas, love of food, and waistline.
