Huli Lutan

Huli is a female mountain dwarf from Shadycreek Run. She works for the Uttolot family; her main objective is to intercept rare items returning from Eislecross and redirect them to Shadycreek. She is a dedicated follower of Tiamat, and cares only about herself and following her greed.
Currently, Huli is dying of the Frigid Woe. She has about 30 days before she turns into an ice statue.
