Screaming Wind
Recasting Screaming wind in Exandria is a bit tricky, since there isn't a faction analogous to the Emerald Enclave. She could be a servant of Melora, the Wild Mother. I played with the idea of introducing the Y'Tepka Society here, but I don't think the dinasaurs need protection. Probably best to keep it simple.
I think she is Ki'Nauan. A local hunter and guide who revears Melora, possibly a cleric who works a day job and is a community leader in the Throat.
