The Buyer
The Buyer is a mysterious elf (nonbionary) who purchases Aeorian relics in Syrinlya for the Uthodurnian government. Their familiar is a green fairy dragon named Dew. They have been in Syrlinya since the day the outpost was founded, and can answer any questions the PCs might have about the outpost's history, the island of Foren, or frigid woe.
