Þígis is the southern province of the Kingdom of Núrak, covering the region south of the river Nanave. It's bordered by the Silver Sea to the west, Núvar beyond the river to the north, the Sjorgús Mountains to the east and Larúnas to the south.
Þígis' main settlement is the city of Arþólen along the upper Nanave river to the northeast, near Darave Falls where the prophet Pardalus was cast down long ago, while further down the river is Anþúdravil, the center of arcane learning in Núrak.
The province's culture is heavily influenced by the Þígeans, descendants of Larúneans who fled and settled there after their homeland was destroyed centuries ago by Dragons.
