Centered around the Grand Clocktower of Wudubearu, the Clocktower District is clean and orderly, every brick properly placed. Throughout the district, a variety of animated objects and other constructs can be seen, doing their best to maintain the district through the ravages of time.
It is thought that the district was once a hub for magic users, where they could find masters under which to hone their craft.
Benefits
As long as there is a Clockmaster appointed to manage the day-to-day of the clocktower, it is a fully functional wizard's library. Once managed, it counts as a Level 2 Wizard's Library.
Future Improvements
The workers who were tasked with clearing debris from the tower have found some sort of platform in the base of the tower. On further investigation, it seems disconnected from the rest of the floor, and they believe it is somehow related to the large, clockwork contraption that resides in the tower's clockhouse...
