Graveyard District

Dominated by an enormous, gated graveyard, this district holds a profound sense of peace. In ages long past, this district is thought to have housed a number of gardeners who would upkeep the gardens throughout the city, and maintain the graveyard itself. Now, all that is left of their legacy is their plant assistants, who tend to the restful gardens to this day.
Benefit Summary: when properly managed, the Graveyard District ensures that the dead in the area are properly laid to rest, making it much more difficult for undead to form.

While the graveyard is manned by a Gravemaster, the realm gains the following benefits.

Laid to Rest

For each level of the Graveyard District, 2 Counties become protected against the formation of undead. Undead do not naturally arise in those counties (exceptionally powerful undead might be able to get around this), and attempts to raise dead in those counties have a 20% per level chance to automatically fail.
