Watchtower District

Centered around the ruins of a large watchtower, this district's structure is the most comfortable to the common visitor. Small, wooden buildings line the somewhat winding streets, with leaves instead of thatching, seemingly grown from the tree itself, and not constructed.
Nobody is quite sure what use a watch tower would have from within the tree, but it is clear that the tower was never finished.
Benefits Summary: while manned, the Watchtower allows you to Police your Realm and enhance your hometown levies.
