Dwarve of Valikar
The Dwarves of Valikar originated in the Most men of the Capital Islands of Hal Haab were over 7 feet tall (over 2 metres), however, there existed some men who were around 6 feet tall (1.8 metres).
"My prince, I have been watching those shorter men, and I believe they possess a potential absent in those men more like yourself," said the advisor to Prince Hedfa, based at the Pyramid of Naab with his father.
"What do you mean?" asked Prince Hedfa, intrigued by the advisor's words.
"In my studies, I have discovered that those shorter men possess unique qualities and talents that are different from those of the taller men. They are often treated as outcasts due to their lack of height, but I believe they deserve a chance to prove their worth," explained the advisor.
Prince Hedfa thought for a moment before speaking, "I see what you mean. We should help them reach their potential. But how?"
"In Valikar, they have the power to create life - not merely nurture it. We could ask Valikar to wield the power of their diadem to imbue you with the ability to alter the magic in those shorter men," suggested the advisor.
Prince Hedfa was initially apprehensive about the idea, "But will Valikar accept our request? And is it even possible?"
"I believe it is worth a try, my prince. We have nothing to lose," said the advisor.
Prince Hedfa agreed, and in 500AoE, he left Naab and journeyed north of the Makse Mountain Range, establishing Ka Ruin Fortress in the mountain range called Haab's Judgement. Knowing the desire of Valikar to create life, Prince Hedfa, along with some of the shorter members of his race, asked Valikar to wield the power of their diadem.
At first, Valikar was hesitant to accept the request. "This is a significant undertaking. Are you sure you want to go through with this?" Valikar asked.
Prince Hedfa nodded, "Yes, we believe that those shorter men deserve a chance to reach their potential."
Valikar looked into the prince's soul to determine his intent. Almost killing the prince, Valikar saw no malice intent; determining that the offer did not break the rules of The One, Valikar taught Prince Hedfa how to access the diadem's power indirectly through accessing the Realm of Contrast and channeling the power to alter the souls of the targets.
Prince Hedfa returned to Hal Haab with this knowledge and selected ten couples who offered to undergo the process of soul manipulation. Over a period of 500 years, each couple was transfigured by Prince Hedfa with help from Valikar from men to proto-men, later to be named 'haki kehut' in Tahi, al yen in Fadda, funde lǐrǔ in Yǎknǔian or Dwarves.

At their creation, the Dwarves of Valikar spoke only one language, what is commonly referred to as Dwarven.

Beauty Ideals
Valikar, not as skilled as 'The One' was unable to design perfect living beings; therefore, he was limited to the creation of beings that were shorty than Humans, with more distinct physical features.
Gender Ideals
Valikar created the Dwarves by separating them into two distinct genders, Male and Female.
