The Council of Men, Elves & Dwarves

The Council of Men, Elves & Dwarves was a triumvirate council established by King Hal Haab to judge High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ on behalf of the races of Men, Elves, and Dwarves.   The Councillors were:   Representing the race of Men:
  1. King Hal Haab
  2. Prince Uda Haab
  3. Prince Hedfa Haab
Representing the race of Elves:
  1. Queen Gigaga Heyuyi
  2. Queen Byeyfi Bihe
  3. King Hibig Guda
  4. The Stewart of the Elven High-Kingdom of the Capital City of Fem me ke Ice Heart
Representing the race of Dwarves:
  1. High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ
  2. Princess Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ
  3. Prince Dinta Vinggǎ Flinda Dinggǎ

Functions of the Council

The Triumvirate Council was separated into three factions, those representing each race. Each person within each faction was given one vote of yes or no to the resolution put forward. The majority of votes in a faction would reflect the overall vote of that faction, regardless of how many members were part of that faction.  

The Resolution Put Forth

The Triumvirate Council voted on a resolution put forward by King Hal Haab that asked if the accused (Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ ) was guilty of regicide (killing Gipiu Nefe).  

Voting Results

  The Councillors voted: Representing the race of Men:   1. King Hal Haab (Voted Yes) 2. Prince Uda Haab (Voted Yes) 3. Prince Hedfa Haab (Voted Yes)   Representing the race of Elves:   1. Queen Gigaga Heyuyi (Voted Yes) 2. Queen Byeyfi Bihe (Voted Yes) 3. King Hibig Guda (Voted Yes) 4. The Stewart of the Elven High-Kingdom of the Capital City of Fem me ke Ice Heart (Voted Yes)   Representing the race of Dwarves: 1. High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ (Abstained) 2. Princess Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ (Abstained) 3. Prince Dinta Vinggǎ Flinda Dinggǎ (Abstained)   The Triumvirate Council voted yes, therefore it moved onto the next vote which was whether High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ was to be put to death or stripped of her titles and banished.   The Councillors voted:   1. King Hal Haab (Death) 2. Prince Uda Haab (Death) 3. Prince Hedfa Haab (Banishment)   Representing the race of Elves:   1. Queen Gigaga Heyuyi (Death) 2. Queen Byeyfi Bihe (Banishment) 3. King Hibig Guda (Death) 4. The Stewart of the Elven High-Kingdom of the Capital City of Fem me ke Ice Heart (Death)   Representing the race of Dwarves: 1. High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ (Banishment) 2. Princess Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ (Banishment) 3. Prince Dinta Vinggǎ Flinda Dinggǎ (Banishment)   The Triumvirate Council voted in favor of the death penalty for High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ.  

Verdict

The verdict was handed down by King Hal Haab:   "By the authority of this council, vested with the will and justice of all races of the Triumvirate, the Council finds you, High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ, guilty of the unforgivable crime of regicide of High-Queen Gipiu Nefe. Therefore, the Council has decided that you shall receive the penalty of death that is befitting of a person of your status."   King Hal Haab asked High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ her preferred method of death, to which she replied:   "If it so pleases my lords, I request to die by the way of the Blood Magic Technique, performed by Prince Hedfa Haab; additionally, I wish that my essence be gifted to my daughter and heir, Princess Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ?"  

Execution

In the year 53,000 since creation, High-Queen Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ was executed at The Great Fortress of Kekta Bandu by the use of the Blood Magic Technique wielded by Prince Hedfa Haab. The High-Queen's essence was bound to the soul of her daughter and successor, High-Queen Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ.
