Allengier's Blade
Allengier's Blade is the name given to an enchanted Sivien steel dagger created by the Iron Maji Allengier the Foolhearty when he discovered Imbument during an experiment that killed him.
Magical Properties
The dagger has the ability to burn on contact. Quickly scortching a flame hot patch around any wound made by the dagger.
History
Was originally purchased off of the trader Intle the Wandering who famously was the first trader to make the journey up to Sanctum and deal with the Order of Maji on his way between Kingdom of Aldvire and the west. The dagger was then used in 538 in an experiment by Allengier the Foolhearty meant to test elemental imbument and how long it could last. The experiment went well at first, taking in the heat provided by Allengier. More and more heat was retained for longer and longer periods as Allengier pushed his abilities to their limit. In time the dagger was glowing white hot, above the limit of melting steel, but still kept it's form and edge. But the Iron Maji pushed too far, and Allengier's life force was pulled in and imbued with the dagger, enough energy was absorbed to give the dagger it's abilities to this day.
