Avingoer Staff

Avingoer Staff is the name given to an enchanted half wood, half Sivien Steel staff used as the Staff of Station for the High Topaz of the Order of Maji.

Magical Properties

Out puts an explosion or discharge of whatever element or materials the user has charged it with. So for example can freeze a room floor by tapping it and charging ice. Blow away an area of contents by hitting the floor with air charge, etc...

History

It was created in 894 by Jikx the Murderer when he imbued a healthy, living person, an Acolyte from the school, along with wind, heat, water, ice and static lighting into the weapon in the Sanctum dungeons (something he did multiple times creating eight different weapons and objects). Jikx was later tried and executed by the Order of Maji for his actions.
Years later the staff was broken in half during an argument between the High Topaz at the time and one of their subordinates, the botto half was thrown into a fire and lost, but it was found that the staff still had it's power, and even more, that it's power extended to any new material joined to the staff, so Sanctum's best artificers took to the task of joining wood to metal and produced the half wood and half Sivien Steel instrument that the staff is today
