They are voted in by the High Versed members of the Topaz Maji.

• Avingoer Staff -- Staff of Office for the title's holder. It is an enchanted staff, half wood half Sivien Steel that can discharge/explode out the effects of charged elements or materials on contact with the ground. Was created in 892 by Jikx the Murderer.
