Erafel Military
The Erafel Military, or Earfel Armies, is said to be the best armed and armored military in the world.

Equipment
Though some classes are given other arrganments of equipment, the following is the basig assigned kit:
- Tabbard -- A Green, Grey, and Violet tabbard to be warn under the armor.
- Armor -- Green, Grey, and Violet painted armor made from either Dwarven Steel or Elven Steel, worn over a layer of Larfren Leather armor that includes breeches.
- Gloves -- Grey Larfren Leather gloves.
- Boots -- Grey Larfren Leather boots.
- Dagger or Hatchet -- Assigned either a belt dagger or hatchet (both made from either Dwarven Steel or Elven Steel), to be used as a secondary weapon. Was given on person preference.
Weaponry
All large battle groups are assign soldiers with shield and spears, enough to build a wall; however, since the size and strength capacity of the members of the armies varies so widely, there are a number of weapons given to ground soldiers depending on which division one is assigned to. Dwarves are usually given hammers and axes, humans perform better with swords, and the elves being given to be proficient with bows and daggers in close quarters combat. All weapons are made from either Dwarven Steel or Elven Steel depending on supply at the time of forging.

Recruitment
A five year, unless extended, service in the Erafel military is a path to citizenship in the Republic of Erafel social structure. Once they have served the five years they are granted citizenship and the benifits the title brings. This fact is used heavily in maintaining the numbers of the military, even during peace time.
History
Started as the Baciant city-state army, used in the first wars of the new Republic of Erafel after it's creation in 745. The wars were to solidify the republic's control on neighboring cities after the nations birth declaration.
Aldvire Empire War
Even though they lost in the end, they beat down the combined human armies so badly during the Empire war that the empire couldn't go on to conquer the rest of the elven and dwarven world.
