Sand Demons -- or Manticor Hunters -- Are an elite group of 400 manticor hunters started in 1272 and stationed at Bloodsands Fort. They are tasked with patrolling the Whispering Desert and engaging any manticor nests found. They carry spears and wear green headscarves, a tradition started by the unit's creator.
