Teal Scarves

Teal Scarves are an elite group of 250 soldiers stationed at Perilean Fort who are specially trained to root out and fight skole nests in the Ketyat Mountains near Avil. They carry blunt weapons for fighting skole and all wear teal scarves as part of thier uniform, a tradition started by < Medvidev > when he started the group in 1213.
