Jarl

Jarl is the title of a clan leader within the County of Solstein with the exception of the Ansigtslose who lost their right to the title following the ascension of the Emerald King. 
Jarl's are allowed to claim the title of Warchief after the passing of their predecessors and each have a single vote on who they chose as their next leader requiring a majority of the clans backing in order to claim the title.
