Madam Cyrilla Castra
A Vistani Madam Cyrilla Castra is the mother of Raz and adopted mother of Cassimir Palatine. She led a caravan around Teremia where she took in a young fleeing Cassimir Palatine under her care. When her caravan was attacked by the Emerald Order she sent Cassimir away with her own changeling daughter Raz to be raised safely away from them.
