Spilling from the mountainous region that separated Aufstrag from Kingdom of New Aenoch the swift moving cold waters are a constant source of prospectors searching the banks and shallows for mineral deposits. However, the water is too turbulent until near Hrueset to be navigable. As such, a well maintained trade road follows the western bank.
