Der Calmachae

The Canton of Der Calmachae was awarded to Sir Alistair Howell upon his promotion to Knight De Chevalier by the Viscount/Viscountess Morgana Beorthric for his efforts in ridding Malforten from the raiding Bandit leader Gritznak the Bold
It lays North of Hrueset just outside the edge of the Foulwooth Woods where the River Road and Barren Tract road connect. His writ lays out he is to build a settlement, with a garrison to be called, as Sir Howell has pledged to Hrueset, and is to patrol and protect for 20 leagues.

Geography

Thick woods lie west, rolling plains east, the Hrueset river cuts south, and the Blacktooth ridge is visible to the North.

Tourism

River road, and the Baren Tract connect the two settlements in the North with Hrueset.
