Saol's Huntress

One of the protectors of Saol's Grove, at the very heart of The Ithryl Woods, Lynell Jaddis is a wood elven huntress, ensuring the enemies of the Grove do not reach its very centre, stomping them out the moment they enter the domain of Saol's final rest. Because of her work, the many fey residents that have made the Grove their home are thankful for her, making her very popular with them, despite her snarky and sarcastic attitude. Due to her position among the protectors of the Grove, Lynell has been given the title of Saol's Huntress.

Physical Description

Identifying Characteristics

Tall for an elf, with tan skin and near raven black hair, Lynell, with the vine like tattoos on her face, is not far off what many imagine a wood elf warrior to look like. This is until you see her equipment, with her wearing a steel breast plate, and wielding a two-handed battle axe, making he rather unorthodox in comparison to many of her former colleges. This is likely due to her time sparing with Gordak, who uses his great size to complement his own ability with an axe.

Personal history

Due to being a wood elf, many would assume that she was a victim of the burning of The Golden Forest. This is incorrect, as Lyenell moved to the Grove half a dozen years beforehand, doing so simply because she felt like she had no purpose. She trained to become one of the guerrilla fighters in The Golden Forest, but found that she didn't have the stomach for true warfare, unable to come to terms with the death of those she trained with once they went to war. 
Knowing that she spend the better part of a century training to become warrior, and that she would be unable to do so, she felt lost, deciding that she would go to the Grove, hoping that the many pilgrims coming through there would be able to help her find her away. Meeting Tharaz Tonack and Gordak while at the Grove, she found her purpose as a protector, utilising her skills without going through the horrors of war.
