Rulers of the Nine Realms of Hell

Less so a religion, and more so a ruling council, the nine Rulers of the Nine Realms of Hell govern the Upper Underworld, governing their own individual realm and having their own individual subjects. Despite this, the Rulers of Hell have to answer to their Lord, Asmodeus, the Lord of the Nine Realms of Hell , when called upon, as he presides over all the Realms, and, ultimately, has the power over all of its residence. Although not official gods, outside of Asmodeus, each of the Archdevils have God like power, and can essentially act like Gods to certain mortals, giving them powers similar to clerics and paladins.
The Nine Realms are named as follows:
