Hurts

Overview

The cobras, a new, much more violent faction is growing within it, a Ulrichs SGT At Arms named Hurts(real name Donovan Jalen leads it against pomegrante, who wants to stick to drugs and protection. Hurts wants to go hard at teh Senate and start heavy merc work.
Eventually stopped by the Students of College of Adventurers at Minos Point.
One Time East Side Cobras King Cobra, taking over after Ulrich Atzetari  and before Theo Atzetari .

Known History

He came up with the Cobras over many years, sometimes inthe city, sometimes with other clubs. Eventually he is made SGT at Arms under Ulrich Atzetari . When Ulrich leaves he makes a play for the throne and gets it. 
His rule is marked with violence. He invites outside clubs to fight a war with the Reptilians . He kills those he sees as traitors. He slaps Folantis Pluma after Folantis caused the death of a Reptillian. 
He is eventually turned on by some of his own, includeing Toots  which causes his retreat to the The Snake Pit where in the war room he is confronted by the students and defeated, but is kept alive.
