The southern pole is a single rocky ice bound mountain at the bottom of Aldern with hundreds of miles of broken up ice of all sizes floating around it. A hazy region of endless twilight, with only the tip of the mountain receiving sunlight eternally. Arkato is a frozen land of dire polar bears and worse as one travel through the icebergs towards the mountain at its heart. The mountain of Arkato, called Mount Arctus, is home to only known Frost Giants of Aldern, the Jotunn and the Eoten clans.
