Karieed Egrevius (a.k.a. Karieed the Steel Dragon)
A scaleless black dragon of Runiger's Brood. Despite her young age, she is signifigantly more jaded than her other siblings.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Her body is as sensitive as a normal dragon's, though with no protective scales to guard her skin every movement brings minor pains. Following her Arrival at Dragon's Claim Keep, Karieed was led to Esther Bitterroot and the Hag brewed her a special mixture to drink once per day, it mildly numbs her body so as to make her able to function without the pain. While her body still aches to move, she is able to live with far less pain that before.
As a result of her scalessness she has no wings either.

Personal history
Karieed's Egg was under developed and she grew no scales before or after hatching, and when her mother saw her weak defensless form she thought to have the child kille dby her brood mates. Karieed surprised her with a will to live that cowed her stronger siblings, despite her being heavily injured in the process. She was deemed fit to be used for some purpose once she had grown but was still branded with the runes of a failure and cast with her imprisoned siblings.
She is jaded and usually silent. She dare not disobey her mother for fear of additional pain. Following her rescue at the hands of the Chaotic Seven she was brought to Dragon's Claim Keep where she awaited the news of her Mother's death. When she did and witnessed the revival of Numiner, she wore a small smile for the first time in her life.
Following her settlement at the Keep she has met with Esther Bitteroot and recieved a magically refilling container to numb her body. While it does not entirely remove the pain it makes her life bearable and she has been moving more and more since recieving it. For now she is often seen within Shizani's Workshop with Virinine. She has voiced interest in perhaps creating artificial scales for herself, and failing that she seems interested in Arcane Engineering at the very least.
She enjoys the time she spends tinkering within the Workshop, with Ykiza's armored exterior shielding her the pain has become nearly non existent. Ykiza and Gilroy contine to work upon the armor to attempt to make her more comfortable and she is more than content to allow them to do so, as she seems to enjoy the attention. She has been allowed her own work space by Shizani and her projects consist of offensive creations similar to Shizani's weaponry.
Her primary Project is of a more volatile nature than those of Ykiza or Gilroy as she labors to make weapons that can defend her as well as her new family. While her initial attempts have suffered set backs, with Ykiza and Gilroy's Aid, she has made headway. Most Recently the Trio was found within the Workshop, asleep back to back with the fruits of their efforts half disassembled around them.
She frequently is seen about the Keep with Gilroy and Ykiza, when not with them she tends to act rather timid and shy. The trio are quite close, having spent more time within the Fel-Harmonic Festival in order to speed up work on their projects. Karieed has been hesitant to be open with her fellow artificers, given how she spent her life locked away, but she has become a far more joyful individual with their company. She shows the pair of dragon artificers even more affection than her siblings.
