Parras Michel
Something of an elusive figure in the Chronicler community, Parras was a noble-born inventor often tucked away in secluded study spaces, neck deep in research and urgent projects. In his dearth of spare time, however, he apparently found great joy in documenting things learned from the many trips across the land his roving family whisked him into—hence his station among the other, more prolific chroniclers.
