Feymeadow

This coastal town gained its reputation due to all of its local inhabitants somehow being remarkably attractive. Despite much of the small city's history being steeped in mystery, Feymeadow is currently an important trading partner with other regions in the Nation of Skywater and other regions within and outside of Estrata.

Demographics

Racial Makeup: This village is mostly comprised of Shallows Merfolk, Water Genasi, and Humans. There are also sizable Gnome, Halfling, and Wood Elf populations. It is rumored that many inhabitants of this region are descended from dopplegangers or changelings; however, this is a dangerous rumor to spread about any individual. Even more dangerous if the one spreading the rumor is correct.

Government

The port city of Feymeadow is part of the Nation of Skywater. Though the city currently operates under Skywater's laws, Feymeadow is unique in the sense that it has it's own governing body made up of elected officials native to Feymeadow who are further vetted by the Nation of Skywater.

Assets

Given the reputation of this town, it's not surprising that many of the inhabitants have talent in textiles and are widely believed to be highly fashionable. The Nation of Skywater and the intercontinental merchants' guild both keep a keen eye on this town's trade. Feymeadow's next largest industries are fishing, hunting, and agriculture and the majority of the town's population work in these fields.

Geography

The city of Feymeadow lies mostly on low skylands floating over the eastern Estratan peninsula. A portion of this community resides on settlements along the coast, with tall wooden buildings lining the beach and ports.
