Chapter 10, Session 5: Are we the good guys now?

General Summary

Look, you can revolt tomorrow; But I'm out of spell slots, wouldn't you rather go home to your families?

• Olympia reasons with the survivors at The Blackstone Rox Centre after the Horde assault.

The party continued their battle with Merc and his horde puppets, with battle spaced across the stadium.
Thordak, utilising a feral rage and turning into his lycan state, managed to catch Gell as they were fleeing the stadium but he allowed the other three infiltrators to escape before wrestling Gell to the ground and restraining him with rope. After which point, Thordak tried to mark Gell with an aspect of his lycanthropy but found that the young orc was already marked by another... Vraxan...
The rest of the party then continued to contend with Merc and the remaining horde puppets. Persicorum rained ice storms, fireballs, aganazzars scorcher, threw him off of a stadium, but eventually it was a 7th level burning hands spell from Olympia that managed to fell the champion of the Utrunks clan as she took on the face of Thordak and used his flaming inquisitors blade to put an end to Merc.
The party managed to dispatch the other horde puppets and chanters soon after (with Asharra Zenkei pursuing one on the roof of the stadium after their battle) however, they soon noticed that a swarm of these puppets had descended across all of Blackstone and were causing carnage throughout the stadium and the city, with floods of light flying into the sky from the fallen corpses throughout the city.
The surviving crowd went to leave, but the party managed to keep them inside the stadium where they agreed to hunker down and hide for a time until they were safe to move.
Thordak joined the party where they hid as a group and Ez used the hallucinatory terrain spell to hide the stadium and make it appear that they had been slaughtered already and, with that, the party took a short rest and tried to recover:

• Olympia gave out friendship bracelets to the remaining survivors from the stadium before setting up a Leomund's Tiny Hut to act as a place for support and help for the survivors and the party.
• Ez set up a triage space to help any survivors with their injuries and ailments, finding a small measure of pleasure and calm in the routine of helping others after a battle.
• Thordak called Temptation and told her what had happend, along with expressing his feeling of culpability for the Utrunks attack and then asked for her help to which she replied that she would be with the party in 24 hours to help them, after this, Thordak introduced Ez to Gell's unconscious body and then assisted Ez with the medical help.
• Mimsi tried meditating along with Kodo and Asharra but was soon being told off by Olympia as her and Asharra continually argued with eachother, disrupting the hiding spots and causing noise.
• Finally, Fen saw, as he was resting, a random cat appear and begin doing cat things: batting around Ez's medical supplies, scratching people and generally being a nuisance. Mimsi notably tried to speak to the cat but was strangely affected by it as she began to act chaotically: screaming, running around and making as much noise as she could to draw attention.

This cat drew the groups attention at this point and Kodo tried speaking to it before realising the cat was actually the entity known as the Chaos and, after it reappeared from banishment the party eventually spoke to the entity and it took Fen away for a time.
Fen returned 60ft in the air and expressed that the entity had spoken to him but was difficult to understand. Though he helicoptered the party and explained that showing his penis to the entity led to them curing a curse placed upon him by Xan Prayerkeep ... all in all it seemed like a pretty strange experience for Fen...
As time went by the party were contacted by Lyren Killian who told them that the city was being cleared out and that Xan would want to see them tomorrow to resolve what is going to happen to the Utrunks as it is clear Xan wants to get vengeance on the Utrunks and respond to their aggression in kind.
The party agreed to wait in Peaches Pitts and even invited Asharra to spend the night with them as a sleepover which she reluctantly agreed to.
Thordak split away from the party during this time but not before both he and Olympia handed over the surviving stadium members to the Inquisitors; Olympia had to calm the fans down as they threatened to spill their anger towards the inquisition but achieved it and started to watch the public opinion of Persicorum sway in their favour in Blackstone for the first time.
The party gathered themselves up then and had a rockin sleepover in matching PJ's and enjoying their ONE BIG BED!
