Fallrock isn't a town or a settlement really. Families hide from the law there, monsters dwell there and death is an afterthought of a torturous existence in those lands. Only the desperate or the truly monstrous dwell in Fallrock though if one were able to demand the fealty of the creatures in Fallrock they would have an army of true undying terror.
