The Pitying Maiden
Dalmenaa, the pitying Maiden, Incarnation of Pity, the cruelty of Life, and the unforgiving Light, is a Greater Demon born of a Soulstorm along her brother Marax. Widely known as the "Only Good Demon", she is more precisely the most human of them. Imperfect, sometimes cruel, but often merciful, she spends most of her time between The Beyond where she visits her adoptive father Old Man Death, and her subdomain of The Chaos, where she spends most of her time in saddened contemplation of the fragility of life.

Personal history
Dalmenaa was born of a Soulstorm, like her brother Marax. Both of them developed out of the most massive wave of sorrow and regret ever seen in the The Beyond, and the amalgamation almost wiped the entire Cosmic Reality.
Not born out of The Chaos itself, and having never seen it, the Lords of Chaos has a hard time accepting her, but she eventually made her place as the only Greater Demon to ever take residence in a realm held by a Major Divine, and even being accepted as a daughter by one.
She has since become the Incarnation of Pity, as cold and cruel as it can be, and although she can be a comforting and warm presence to many, she can just as much be merciless and as cold as ice to others, making her cult both illegal by its demonic nature, and feared, although way more accepted than any other demonic cult.
