Nordvei
Nordvei connects Lyston to Varby and therefor sees few travelers on its stones. It's a modest road with sweeping views of Krisha Lake and the valley between Issen Mountains and Snuhen Mountains.
Architecture
This wide and long road is made of grey stone from the nearby Snuhen Mountains. The center of the road is raised higher than the edges to allow water runoff. Every half-mile along the road is marked with a waist-high stone pillar. Each pillar is etched with its current number of the total markers between its destinations. Every marker along Austvei is decoratively carved.
History
Until the year 268, Nordvei was a packed-dirt road with fewer road markers than the other main roads. In an effort to give work to many who had just moved to Lyston, The Laborers assigned workers to pave the road and create more markers.
