Akatosh

Akatosh is the giant golden dragon deity in charge of the dimension of time. Many of his devoted catch glimpses of possible timelines and believe them to be the future that must be met or avoided, and many lose their touch with the current moment, lost in the past or future. The world without time is extremely difficult to grasp for most mortal beings.
While Akatosh is truly a golden dragon, he often shape shifts into the form of a dark-skinned human with white robes and a large golden scythe. He tends to speak in incorrect tenses, though it's unsure if this is done intentionally or because he exists outside of time.
