Sarahara

This region is almost completely unique in Weralt, both in geography and the life inhabiting the region. It is almost completely dominated by the Idgyptian Empire, though Donovia controls the coastline of the Aswan Strait.

Geography

Vast deserts and dry savannas dominate the region, giving the area a harsh reputation. The only major variation is the Red Desert, with it's rust-red sands and flat plateaus.

Natural Resources

For unknown reasons, the natural resources of Sarahara are almost polar opposites of the resources of Europe, largely lacking in iron and lumber but being extremely rich in precious materials.
PRECIOUS MATERIALS: Sarahara is extremely rich in precious metals such as gold and silver, while areas such as the Red Desert are rich in precious gems like emeralds, lapis lazuli, etc.
