Rise of Halaan

A thousand years after the Massacre at the Crossroads, Halas’s dream was revived by elven supremacists who founded a kingdom in the old Halasian heartland. They named their new kingdom Halaan after the long dead ausrani chieftain.

The Halaanic Wars

Thinking themselves safe from the Halaanese as they expanded west, the invasion caught the southern nations unprepared.

Feas and Issandr and War's End

The most famous stories of the Halaanic Wars revolve around the romance between the elven druid Issandr and the Goddossean hero Feas.

The Southern Covenant

The southern nations chose to remain a Covenant of independent nations, offering trade and mutual protection against future invasion by Halaan or others.

A Thousand Years Later...

In the wake of the Halaanic Wars, the world began a thousand years of peace. The Empire of Halaan retreated to their original borders. There has, however, been a thousand year cold war between the Empire of Halaan and the Southern Covenant.
