Arabelle
Arabelle is the only child of Luvash, the leader of a camp of Vistani camped outside of Vallaki. She is a precocious and intelligent young girl, and a distant descendant of Madame Eva . She has the gift of future sight, but she is unable (and doesn't really care) to control it the way Madame Eva does with the Tarokka cards.
She has been kidnapped by the werewolves, and can be found in their camp with the other children of the Valley.
If Arabelle is the fated NPC, she is in possession of the Band of Splintered Magic . She is also an option to become a Champion of Felis, if the PC's are unable or unwilling to become one. If she isn't the fated NPC, the Band was broken when she was kidnapped, and has no desire to become Champion.
