Santa's North Pole Post Office is a huge facility run by Postmaster Hugo Cristobal Esther. Known as the Department of Christmas Letters, all letters addressed to Santa arrive and then get sorted for the toy workshop. Elves here are called Postal Elves. Other letters often received include questions and letters of thanks. Some children also send artwork as well.
Postmaster Hugo Esther is the head of the second largest department with thousands of elves under him. It is one of the busiest locations in the realm.
The North Pole Central Archives, also run by Head Archivist Hugo Esther. Recruiting Record Elves to the task, their job is to preserve these records on the grounds of their enduring cultural and historical value.
The Archives have three sub-divisions. Christmas Letters are the first division. These letters are divided by year and stored for prosperity. Each year, they are taken into the archives.
The second is the Naughty and Nice List. These are taken after every Christmas Eve down to the archives and stored for prosperity. This sub-division is also divided by year.
