"Merry Christmas, young Christmas Elves!!
Today is the first day of school and we who govern this city bid you wonderful days ahead! This educational institution is where each of you will jingle some bells and sing some carols, eventually becoming full-fledged Christmas Elves working to ensure Christmas Spirit remains high.
Tannenbaum was made more than a millennia ago. Back then, there was no school specifically for the purpose of proactiveness towards a seamless continuation of Christmas Eve preparations. I know the young elves may not believe but I just said that if anything were happen to us, we would be prepared to continue our jobs or even help each other in those circumstances. I would also hope we would have toys already produced in that case.
The young elves will soon find themselves walking the halls of both The Christmas Academy and Christmas Customs and Traditions College. In what would seem like a few short years, they will graduate. Then they'll take The Spirit's test. This test, unless you already know, will help guide you to the career for the rest of your life. The Spirit knows.

Jingle and Jangle Bells begin to remember their days in the Institute.
We remember that speech many centuries ago. It has been almost 3/4 of a millennium. But those days, we were young. Humans may definitely have a weird relationship with school because they really don't like it after Junior High (American). Bur elves are always excited and willing to learn!
Institute Chancellor Cornelius came in during our older days in The Christmas Academy/Christmas Customs and Traditions College. But he seemed like many here do. Respected, kind, and definitely full of Christmas cheer.
Anyway, we came back today as we are also teachers in both general education and the Toy College.
After we had completed our general education and our diplomas saying we passed and can move on, we started to think about what we wanted to do for the rest of our lives.
Mom and dad told us that if we don't go into the family business, they would be fine but great-grandparents must not know. Apparently, they are very traditional in their thought process. Maybe were. They have since developed memory issues and we are trying to care for them.
We also remember them being very set on their opinions being right, their values being right, and everybody should be just like them. Our parents thankfully are not like that and followed their own path.
Where were we? Oh yeah, we actually saw the counselor. Her name is Josephine Beatrice Holly. She took us to the Temple of Christmas Spirit. There, we could ask the Spirit of Christmas what we were called to do. And we did.
We then said toymaker elves were worth trying! We applied to Toy College. Once accepted, we started to focus on the lessons taught by people we now work with! Although they may be more senior than us or even retired, we still are glad of what they've taught us.
The chain of command AKA the command hierarchy of the Christmastide Kingdom Education District is to ensure that it operates efficiently while maintaining the Christmas Spirit and the high standards for all within it's walls.

Chancellor of Christmas Elfin Education
The Chancellor of Christmas Elfin Education is a title bestowed onto the individual responsible for overseeing the educational needs of Santa's future elfin workforce. As the executive leader (Chief Academic Officer) of the only Christmas Elfin school, he must ensure that the future workforce is prepared fully for the task of re-energizing the Spirit of Christmas each and every year! The Chancellor of Christmas Elfin Education holds the most responsibilities. The prime responsibility is to ensure the person who holds the title is communicating with the parliament and obeying their orders as the Chancellor was given this title by them and it can be revoked any time. Their responsibilities include: Program and Education Quality Control: The Chancellor is responsible for the overall quality of education elves are getting. Each program requires that a committee look at it to ensure it is still well-received by the government. Continuing Education Training Programs: Encouraging elves to continue learning by offering opportunities including but not limited to advanced courses, workshops, dual-degree programs, returning for a second degree, and anything that helps to ensure the quality and efficiency of the Mission does not suffer. The Well-Being of Christmas Elves: Healthy bodies and minds are important and to ensure each elf realizes this, some classes are required. These classes promote the health (physical, mental, and spiritual) of elves. Resources are also provided. NOTE: This is why days are built into the Christmastide Valley Calendar and also why recreational activities and special events occur. Kribble Krabble, the mandatory vacation for Santa's elves, is another thing that ensures elves do not end up grumpy and unjolly. It occurs every 300 years. The only way to not go is because you're finishing the degree or because an emergency arose and therefore you cannot leave. All of this is meant to keep elves healthy and jolly. The Chancellor of Christmas Elfin Education plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and morale of Santa's workshop. By ensuring that every elf is equipped with the knowledge and skills they need, the Chancellor helps to keep the magic of Christmas alive year after year. The Vice-Chancellor of Christmas Elfin Education is responsible for professors/teachers and ensuring that everything is done to ensure things are taught correctly. They are often the true leaders of the educational institution as the Chancellor is normally busy with politics and keeping the favor of the GCP. The current one is not known. Their responsibilities and duties often follow the Chancellor's. Some responsibilities are: Curriculum Development: The Vice-Chancellor usually gets the added responsibility of curriculum development. the designing of a comprehensive curriculum for each school. It includes the introductory 101 classes to the more advanced courses. Each degree is planned with department heads and the Dean, Vice-Dean, as well as the professors who began teaching. The curriculum will get reviewed often to ensure the classes in the degree are still good. Faculty Leadership: As the often true head, the Vice-Chancellor leads the whole team of leaders and educators to provide classes that are educational but also engaging. They also provide professional development opportunities to the staff. Student Engagement: The Vice-Chancellor ensures the environment is nurturing to the young elves so they can thrive. Often, extracurricular activities are held by the Vice-Chancellor to help with this. Elvin Welfare and Well-Being:The Vice-Chancellor and each dean work closely together, along with the Elfin Wellness Team, to provide support or resources to ensure the well-being of students and staff.Dean of School
Each Dean is the authoritative head of a constituent college/school. Each school is also known as a specific academic unit. A dean is responsible for hiring professors for their own specific school although they truly can only give a list of names for people who can be professors. Each Vice-Dean is the Dean's second in command of a constituent college/school and works with teachers on field trips, guest speakers, Santa as speaker, and other things for professors. Students who have gone through the coursework and are eligible for graduation meet with their Vice-Dean in order to ensure they can graduate without problems.Support Staff of Institute

Transitional Career Counselor
For those elves who know not instinctively where they belong, a transitional career counselor will help them find where they belong after graduating from general education (The Christmas Academy). These individuals will often visit (Temple of Christmas Spirit). After their visit, most elves know where to apply to. Then they'll enter the workforce. It usually only takes a few visits to the counselor for an elf to know and maybe two into the Temple.Professors/Teachers
Professors teach several classes. They are the first to ensure each student finishes all classes. But if they miss something, the Vice-Dean will help to spot it. Professors will sometimes take students on trips. Professors grade papers and ensure each student understands. At the end of their education, professors applaud their students and watch as they receive their degrees.
