Elves
Elves or Elfin Folk are similar to their cousins, Dwarfs. Both humanoid in appearance and usually short in stature. It is a known fact that elves are various shapes and sizes even if tall elves aren't a common occurence. Human-sized elves are rare. Elves normally appear skinny or fat although some do have muscles. Another known fact is that all elves have pointy ears. They are both males and females.
Elves, in Europe, dwell in the forests. Although some elves live on the coast. If elves tear down trees, they do it with utmost respect for Gaia and Mother Nature. Sometimes elves also have territory for farming. These rural farms grow crops or have animals usable for the people. It is possible to have mystical species around.
Dwarves or Dwarfs are beings of Earth. They are cousins to Elves. These beings are certainly intelligent, muscular and well-built. Dwarves are also short in stature with pointy ears. Most often associated with mining, crafting, smithing, and dwelling inside mountains or underneath the surface of the Earth, this race is physically fit. While Dwarves are more commmon seen as as a men-only race, women are also Dwarves.
Dwarves live in cities within the Earth. They are mostly in mountains or in underground cavern cities. Some of them are near to or included within Elfin cities. Thus, a combined city of Fae ensures that multiple species come together in Harmony and Unity and Peace.
Elves have various jobs. Some normal like farmers. Others work making vials of fairy dust and elfin dust which aren't normal for Humans. But making products is normal.
Elves are Gaia's Keepers. Keepers are really just elfin folk who care for the planet. Keepers include Elfin Lumberjacks, Peacekeepers, Berry and Foodpickers, Husbandry Experts, and potentially others. What are Husbandry Experts? Animal husbandry is not only the branch of agriculture concerned with animals that are raised for use but also those considered wild to hunt. We hunt to allow each species to not overpopulate (except Humans) for use to use as meat or for mortal use.
Some elves use the wood brought to make furniture and others make buildings. Although the buildings can be made of bricks, even the elfin folk know it is expensive to make and allow them only for governmental buildings.
There has long been a reputation for elves, either inside or outside of Polar North, to be mischievous pranksters. It’s in their blood. No matter what type of work an elf does, they always allow pranks. This, funnily enough, has a positive impact on their mental and physical health.
Elves can be serious and Christmas Elves prove that in their dedication to the Mission of Noel. Elfin folk often find balance between seriousness and playfulness at work or in their daily lives outside of work. Elves put trust and faith where it belongs.
Elves also can be transformed into Christmas Elves, a subtype of elfin life. The first ones came from Heathdorei Allanar Shflenor.
Woodworking Expertise/Intuition/Proficiency: Elves are innate masters of woodworking. They are able to easily design, create, and/or repair wooden objects.
Mystical Aura/Power/Radiance: Elves, like all in The Fae Collective, have an aura of power surrounding them. This energy also makes it known that they possess strong magical properties and are part of Ancient Power.
Magic Detection/Sense “Third-Eye View or Remote Viewing”: Through the mystical sense of second sight, Elves have the ability to detect sources from other supernatural entities and mystical items. This perception allows others to see friendlies or enemies or unknowns. They can also detect hidden places or objects as well. They can analyze locations for signs of magic usage and beings. They can also detect portals if they are forming or dissipating with this ability.
The Gift of Immortality: This gift allows Elves the ability to live forever.
Omnilingualism/All-Tongue and Zoolingualism: Elves are able to speak, write, understand and communicate in any language with little or no training. As a subset of All-Tongue, users are able to understand the speech of animals.
Teleportation (Magiportation) (Master Level): Elves are capable of teleporting on a planetary scale, moving anywhere on the planet.
Telepathy “Telepathic Contact” (Master Level): Dwarves are able communicate by thought-speak and they can also read minds. And lots more!
Mystical Species Bonding/Companionship: The alliance formed by mystical species and humans eventually became something much more. Those who work with Alicorns, Gryphons, Dragons, Unicorns and many others understand them and care for them like family. Those who want to pull carriages or sleighs do.
Portal Creation and Destruction: Elves have the ability to create and close portals to use between locations on Earth.
