Zoxil Wolfheart
(As of 164 GE) Zoxil is a very tall yellow-brown colored male Kenjodan with patches of white fur on his front, and bleached white tips on his ears and tail. Zoxil was originally a man of the wilds, having spent so long in the forests of Orassia that, for a time, he somewhat reverted to a more feral understanding of the world. Since then he has re-entered society, and though it took a long period of adjustment he is now fully adapted to modern life- perhaps still with a few slight quirks. Zoxil is a skilled soldier and steadfast ally, willing to lay down his life for the good of others.
Zoxil was born in the year 118 GE during the Third T'Kiri-Fevarian War. His home town was raided a few months before he was born, where his mother, Viella, was dragged off to Keevrik Exemplar Camp while she was pregnant with him. Here he was born and grew up, learning the T'Kiran language without being obvious about it to one day escape with his mother. Viella passed away some 8 years after they arrived at the camp, leaving Zoxil orphaned. During Zoxil's upbringing in the camp, he met the interesting character of Thilk, who agreed to work together to escape the camp.
After escaping the camp, Thilk and Zoxil became separated. Zoxil then spent most of his life in nature, observing the enemy but also learning to communicate with the wildlife in order to survive on his own. After 12 years surviving in the wilderness of Orassia, Zoxil would have been nearly unrecognizable both in apperance and personality. It was at this time that Zoxil was found by a Lozaveta named Phylus Vylena and was taken off of the planet.
Zoxil was mentored for a time by Phylus, who trained him in the art of stealth operations. Part of Phylus’ crew, Leyla Muroon, also eventually got along rather well with Zoxil as he adjusted back to ‘civilized’ life. Fighting alongside and working for Phylus's organization over the course of 6 years, The Vyles, clued Zoxil into the more overt arts of urban survival and combat.
Following several growing disagreements and Zoxil's own personal dissatisfaction, he ran away from Phylus and The Vyles to the planet Kuatio. It was here that, after a brief time returning to the wild, he enlisted into the Fevarian Marine Corps in late 150 GE. Since his enlistment, he was assigned as part of the 105th Marine Special Forces Battalion and became a member of Thrasher Squad 7, where he finally reunited with Thilk and met his future husband, Vuni Wolfheart (at the time known as Vuni Malvar).
Zoxil served in the Fourth T'Kiri-Fevarian War alongside Vuni and the two became inseperable. Zoxil was severely injured after the crash of the EDS Dracolich, losing his left eye, left leg, and right arm. After making it off of Kuatio, Vuni helped Zoxil to recover and adapt to modern life again, helping to customize his cybernetic prosthetic limbs and learn more about that kind of technology in general. The military paid for both Vuni and Zoxil’s prosthetic replacements and kept them in civilian circles for the rest of the war to fully recover and help keep the citizen’s spirits up by giving their accounts to the media and reassuring worried citizens.
During the war, Vuni and Zoxil got to travel all across Fevaria and spent a lot of time together, becoming closer than ever and eventually Vuni proposed to Zoxil after peace was declared. On 152.11.24, Zoxil’s birthday, Vuni Malvar became Vuni Wolfheart and the two were married in a small wedding on Lavis Primus.
Once the war was over, both Zoxil and Vuni were honorably discharged. Zoxil and Vuni moved first to the Wrencya system- the capital of Cosmex Multinational- and lived there for 2 years, before moving once more. They never stayed in one place for more than a few years.
They spent 2 years in the Chrella system in Yarmoria, 2 years in the Tromai and 1 year in the Contra systems of the Aeon Federation, and eventually landed back on Lavis Primus. Here, Vuni and Zoxil decided together to adopt a child- a 3 year-old Keerim girl named Ly’Ria who was orphaned shortly after her family was exiled from the T’Kiri Imperium. Because of the discrimination that any Keerim exiles face, no one wanted to adopt her until Zoxil found her and decided that she deserved a chance. Henceforth she became Ly’Ria Wolfheart, and Vuni and Zoxil were happy to bring her along to see the different cultures of the galaxy and give her an experience that most Keerim would not have ever dreamed of.
After spending a year on Lavis Primus with Ly’Ria, the family once again moved to a new location. They spent 2 years living on Tirer amongst the heavy urban environment and mixed cultures, giving Ly’Ria a taste of the center of galactic civilization. They then spent 1 year in the Maria system of Polystar Industries, and finally in 163 GE ended up in the Perga system in the south of Fevaria.
