Alf Peler (AL-EF PEL-R)
The town of Alf Peler. All business, government or merchantile, is done here. Any may come and go as they please. A council of representatives for the Elves governs here in the name of the Keeper. Non-Fey may not pass into the forest here. The laws are strict and only allow non-citizens in for as long as they have business, when it is concluded they must leave the way they came. Arcane items are found here from Elf merchants, it is a prosperous town. Many of it's people are half-elves who chose to not fully embrace their elven lineage and thus are not welcomed into the forest but as citizens of Vandor they are allowed to stay in Alf Peler.
