Narda

Narda is the Aran war god.    Narda has a fairly close relationship with Gobnin, but a tense respectful one with Dianekt and Lugh. He greatly objects to the trickery of the Degdia.   Narda was one of the least willing to admit the end of the The War of the Energies, and offered to pledge his forces to either side that kept fighting.   A giant suit of armour dedicated to him sits in the The Pantheon Temple of Kelador. It is said he will return to fight in the final battle. It is as yet unknown on which side he will fight.

Divine Domains

Narda is the god of war, conquest and conflict, and by extension the soldiers that are involved in such, their weapons and defenses. Not all of Narda's domain is dominated by the violent, though. By extension, his domain also covers physical strength and skill. This has identified his as a patron of sport.   The connection to both passion and physical skill has associated Narda with the physical act of sex (though not romantic love, covered by Brigantia).    Further, as is important in battle, he is the patron of comradeship & teamwork, patriotism (with familial love covered by Brigantia and contractual or professional relationships covered by Lugh).

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Nardan symbols largely are represented by weaponry. Soldiers will often wear a small amulet version of their chosen weapon as a nod to Narda. Amulets of large swords are also used by those seeking more passion in their lives.   The most common symbol to represent all aspects of Narda is a white gauntlet on a black field.
