08: Law of Expansions

Manifestation

The Law of Expansions speaks of the potential of All-Life to expand beyond its defined limitations, allowing for magic that increases and decreases variables upon a Subject. This is defined as an aspect of Force Theorem Push- Pull. As it relates to magical phenomenon, "Forces acting on a subject push and pull to their breaking points." Psions use this as a means to understand the Forces that animates a spell. It defines a limitation on the exertion of kinetic Force onto a subject.

The "Breaking Point Theorem" expresses that "If there is a defined limitation and a point at which the limitation can be broken, then new limitations are imposed." Greater challenges will always await those who seek answers. This Theorem expands on the idea of expanding and contracting forces as Universal constants; that if there is a disruption in the Cycle, then the Cosmos can be corrected.

The Law of Expansions, as well as the Law of Constants, explains a reoccuring concept in the Laws- the attractive forces of the Cosmos. This is stated in the "Proof of Gravity", which elaborates the expression within the context of the Law of Expansion, "Time, Spellbound to Time, expands outward, pushing; the Timeless, Spellbound to Time, contracts inward, pulling." A relation between these forces of Time and Space are reflected in a later Law, regarding the reflective forces of Nature.

Another theory provided by Diviners and scholars of the manuscripts have determined that the Law of Expansions describes the Cosmos in a state of constant expansion. Since the Origin of Source is unobservable by mortals, the Expansive Space/ Source Theorem suggests that both are in a constant state of expansion, by virtue of the Law of Expansions and Constants. "If Space is on a path of continuous expansion, then so too is the Original Source."

Lastly, this Law of Expansions first addresses the changing nature of the physical and spiritual material. While this is expressed in subsequent Laws, the Law of Expansion includes the "Shape-Shifter Provision" that "All-Life adapts, evolves; the shapeshifts as it is challenged by All-Life." The existence of creatures and entities that shapeshift is first addressed in the Law of Expansions, which promotes the growth and evolution of all species and their potential to change.
