The Golden Carapace
The Golden Carapace is an adveturing guild that protects the archipelago from harm. They are independant from the Nisian military and will only take jobs that protects the lives of civilians. THey have bases all over Nisián archipelago including one on the coast of Merew but their main base lies on the island of Chelona
. The group was funded by a small cat named Asterios of Celona. He was ones a powerful human warrior but was turned into a cat by a powerful mage and has sinse embraced the lifestyle.
They have a large base in Cefali since thats where most of the news and people are. Here they constantly but head with the Cafalian military but they have a good relationship with the working class. This branch is headed by Asterios of Chelona s son Asterios II (AJ or JR for short). He is not very popular among the ranks however and he struggles to live up to the legends of his father.
The organisation has a bulletin board in outside the headquarters that enlist freelance vigilanties that help with the non urgent calls that the organisation cant take care of right now. Simply take a strip from the board to accept the adventure and bring it back to someone in charge to resieve your reward.
At the time of first arrival there are 2 adventures on the board.
