Basar
Basar is a Be'Teu bounty hunter operating out of Varda that works closely with both the Gilded Grin as well as The Iron Eye out of Kaifang. He operates mostly as a free agent however, and adheres to the strict moral codes of his people. This has put him in great contention with handfuls of agents from the Varda Trading Guild. However some agents see the reason in working with the effective artificer, and have struck up a deal with him to keep the hunter on retainer. One of these being Rodrick Maelwyn.
The young Basar gained his skills tinkering with powerful magical stones collected from all around Ardicil. The now infamous hunter formed them into dangerous weapons of war, infusing them with powerful magic. While never the strongest or the quickest fighter, the weapons he's been able to craft have put him ahead of his peers, and some will claim the Be'Teu hunter is one of the most deadly alive.
