Festerwill Outpost
A dusty town located in the heart of the Contested Lands, Festerwill Outpost has few long term residents and even fewer laws. When you run out of places to hide on Varda, you come here. Some semblance of law is maintained by the sheriff and his entourage of goons. It has become a small stop for occasional Be'Teu caravans looking for more illicit goods.
It is also a hub for the various Skiff Gangs that roam the Massassi Desert.
The town itself is built within the stone of the desert itself, and during the moonsoon season rain will collect in giant cisterns on the tops of these plateaus. The water will trickle through the rock into hand made basins that store the water for the rest of the year, and is tightly controlled by a handful of people known as the Water Gang.
