Lochia
Lochia is a bastion of Wood Elves, Firbolgs, and Forest Gnomes, and other creatures hailing from the feywild. Under the banner of Dol Metulu, Lochia has long existed as a branch and embassy of the Unseelie court that resides within the Feywild and those of the woodland realms. This connection has often kept them sheltered and protected from issues that pertain to the greater region, and they maintain a certain level of independence that is not enjoyed by other cities and towns under the banner of Dol Metulu. They maintain a rivalry with Dalwan Oasis because of their connections to the Seelie court.
