Mercia
A bastion of divinity within the more open minded Zahra region under Dol Metulu , Mercia still clings to the beliefs of the gods. The only town within that contains primarily worshipers of the Prime Dieties, Mercia's population has often felt alienated from the likes of Caliban and even to Nel'doria. Regardless, they benefit greatly from not only the knowledge of both cities, but also the support they receive in cash infusions to help their own populations with public works, food, and even the working hands of the engineering corps.
Mercia does have a great relationship with High Rock, and the two regularly participate in exchange programs for students.
